Waldweg und Asphalt. Wir laufen auf der Sri Chinmoy Peace Mile, die Friedensmeile in der Nähe der ETH Hönggerberg. An ungeraden Daten 2 Meilen, an geraden Daten 3000m. Eine Voranmeldung ist nicht nötig. Startzeit 19:30. Jeden Freitag Abend - ein familiärer Lauf in lockerer Atmosphäre. Von Oktober bis April auf der 400m Bahn im Sihlhölzli (Duschen), von Mai bis September auf der Friedensmeile Hönggerberg.
