The Marathon distance (42,195 meters) has been measured and certified by the World Athletics Association. The event is also a member of the International Association of Marathons and Distance Races ("AIMS"). Likewise, the G-Marathon of Santiago is adhered to the ranking program of the six most important marathons in the world, called "The Abott World Marathon Majors Wanda Age Group. Thanks to the agreement between the Gatorade Santiago Marathon and the World Marathon Majors, your times are recognized for any other international race. If you are over 40 years old, you enter the scoring system. * The times of federated athletes may be recognized as determined by their national federations. In the Gatorade Santiago Marathon you can run 10K, 21K or 42K. The Gatorade Santiago Marathon will start at the ellipse of Parque O'Higgins.
